2. A citizen who wishes to register to vote may:

   1. Register in person at their county board of voter registration
   2. Dowload the voter registration application, complete it, and mail to their county board of voter registration or fax to their county board of voter registration, or scan it and email it as an attachment to their county board of voter registration.
