Hampton County is located within Game Zone 3, as designated by the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR). Hunting seasons, bag limits, and game-specific regulations are set by the SCDNR, and all hunters must comply with these guidelines.

- Youth Deer Hunt Days: August 10 and January 4
- WMAs:

- Youth Deer Hunt Days: January 4
SC Turkey Hunting:
- Spring 2025
- Private Lands (Statewide): April 3 – May 3
- WMA Lands (Statewide): April 3 – May 3, 2025
