Homebound Meals

Homebound meals are delivered to the homes of older Americans that are unable to prepare their meals for one reason or another.  Physical conditions are the eligibility requirements that determine if a person can get meals delivered to them.  Some of these conditions may be dementia, heart disease, being bed bound most of the time, cancer, or a stroke that takes away mobility.

Homecare

Homecare is provided for persons that cannot take care of their home environment.  It is important for the home to be neat and clean.  If a stroke, cancer, or heart disease prevents a person from caring for their home, we help when it is possible.  Some of the services of this section of our agency can include going to the grocery store for a client.
