NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 4:00pm-5:00pm in Council Chambers, located at 200 Jackson Avenue East, Hampton County will hold a public meeting to present information and receive public comments regarding upcoming development projects at Hampton County Airport and associated application for federal funding assistance. These projects include construction of hangar buildings, taxiway, and taxilanes, and will provide hangar units for lease to aircraft owners and operators, as well as the necessary sitework. Federal funding assistance for these projects is being requested from United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Community Facilities Loan and/or Grant program. A full application will be submitted to USDA in December 2018.
